Woman Stole $400 Worth of Paint, Returned it for a Cash Refund: Police
South Windsor Police recently arrested the woman on a warrant.

An East Hartford woman was recently arrested for allegedly stealing $400 worth of paint and returning it for a cash refund.
South Windsor Police arrested Rhonda Koromanian, 52, on a warrant Friday and charged her with sixth-degree larceny.
The charge stems from an August 2014 larceny complaint from a Buckland Road retail store, according to police. Koromanian had been seen on surveillance footage stealing and returning the paint, police said.
