Woman Strikes Mother with Baseball Bat: South Windsor Police
Police charged the woman with assault following the domestic dispute.

A South Windsor woman was arrested for allegedly striking her mother with a baseball bat during a dispute.
Police responded to a domestic dispute at a Watson Farm home at about 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 30.
Officers learned that a woman had argued with her mother and struck her arm with an aluminum baseball bat, according to Deputy Chief Scott Custer.

The investigating officers interviewed the involved persons and a witness, then arrested Lameisha Sherman, 40, of 52 Watson Farm, South Windsor.
Sherman was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was held on a $10,000 surety bond and was scheduled to be presented at Manchester Superior Court on Monday, Nov. 2.
