37-Year-Old Truck Goes on Wild Ride in Stafford
A 37-year-old pickup truck had a wild ride along Old Monson Road last week, a crash report indicates.

STAFFORD, CT — A 37-year-old pickup truck had a wild ride along Old Monson Road last week, a crash report indicates.
The crash took place at 3:10 p.,m. on July 18.
According to a state police report, a 1981 Dodge W-150 being driven by a Hebron man who is the same age at the truck was heading south, but veered off the road and onto the shoulder. It then hit a rock embankment, which flattened the right front tire.

It then hit some mailboxes, according to a report.
State police found the truck abandoned 1.7 miles down the road, according to a crash report.

The driver was issued a summons for evading responsibility.
