WILLINGTON, CT — A 125-acre estate in Willington has been listed for sale at $950,000, according to Zillow.
The property at 96 Spak Road includes a 4,358-square-foot contemporary ranch-style home built in 1990 with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, Zillow states. The listing says the residence features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a wall of windows, a wood stove with a fieldstone hearth and an open floor plan.
