WILLINGTON, CT — A teen is facing four felony charges amid accusations that he was pummeling a woman he was prohibited from seeing at a truck stop in Willington, a state police arrest report indicates.

According to an arrest report, at 5:13 p.m. on Aug. 14, state troopers were dispatched to the TA Travel Center on Ruby Road for a disturbance. Troopers were told that a man, later identified as Jaioni Williams, 19, of Mansfield, was on top of a woman in the parking lot and was hitting her, according to an incident report.

When troopers arrived, neither Williams nor the 18-year-old woman happened to be at the truck stop, according to an arrest report.

They were both located at the FedEx campus nearby, according to an arrest report.

Williams had four active protective orders against him for the woman, according to an arrest report.

Williams was charged with violating the four protective orders and third-degree assault.

He was held on a $100,000 bond over the weekend and was to appear in court Monday, according to an arrest report.
