STAFFORD-WILLINGTON, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Eastern Connecticut State University, Willimantic CT

• Seven students from Willington and six from Stafford were named to the ECSU honor roll for fall 2017. Willington honorees are Riley Bancroft, Kelly Bielonko, Kayley Crooke, Michael Masinda, Katherine Standish, Jackson Toomey and Kaeley Vera. Stafford students are Nathan Fish, Aiden Goodwin, Jillian Knowlton, Zachary Kulman, Kaitlyn Mathieu and Matthew McCloskey.

Elms College, Chicopee MA

• Elms College has announced its Dean's List students for the 2017 fall semester. Stafford honorees are Megan Barnett and Brianne Bresnahan of Stafford, while Emma Noble of Willington was also honored.

Roger Williams University, Bristol RI

• Roger Williams University has announced its Dean's List recipients for the fall 2017 semester. Local students are Danielle Lavoie and Marissa Peloso of Willington, and Miranda Griffith of Stafford.

Springfield Technical-Community College, Springfield MA

• Michelle Royce of Stafford was named to the Dean's List for the 2017 fall semester.

University of New Hampshire, Durham NH

• Renee Chasse of Stafford was named to the Dean's List at the University of New Hampshire for the fall 2017 semester.

University of Rhode Island, Kingston RI

• Heather Dolby of Stafford was named to the Dean's List at the University of Rhode Island for the fall 2017 semester.

University of St. Joseph, West Hartford CT

• Three local students were named to the Dean's List at the University of St. Joseph for the fall 2017 semester. They are Alyssa Fecko and Peyton Teske of Stafford, and Lucy Roberge of Willington.

Western Connecticut State University, Danbury CT

• Jenna Castonguay of Stafford and Kienan Giller of Willington made the Dean's List at WCSU for the fall 2017 semester.
