STAFFORD-WILLINGTON, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.
Coastal Carolina University, Conway SC
- The HTC Honors College and Center for Interdisciplinary Studies was established at Coastal Carolina University on Oct. 12, and the 700 students who had been accepted into the University's honors program are now the first students housed in the new college. Among those students who are now a part of the HTC Honors College is Sean Ference, a Communication major from Willington.

- Goodwin College's President's List for the summer 2018 session includes 225 students, all of whom scored a perfect 4.0 GPA. Among them are Stafford residents Andrew Lauzier and Erin Meikle, as well as Jessica Startup of Willington.
