Charges Filed In 2022 Pistol-Whipping Incident In Willington
A warrant was served in a 2022 assault case in Willington, state police said.

WILLINGTON, CT — A Bridgeport man has been charged in connection with a 2022 pistol-whipping incident at the FedEx Ground Hub in Willington, state police said.
Anthony Kysham Muniz Feliciano, 24, was arrested via a warrant Sunday, state police said. He has been charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault and second-degree threatening. He was held overnight on a $90,000 bond and was to appear in Rockville Superior Court Monday, judicial system records show.
The incident dates back to Nov. 30, 2022, when an employee of the FedEx facility was struck in the back of the head with a gun and suffered a 1-inch-by-1-inch gash on the back of his head, according to a warrant. The employee worked in the "unloading department," according to a warrant.

That day, a man who had recently been terminated for "job abandonment" and later identified as Feliciano, approached another staffer and demanded to talk to him, according to a warrant. That led to Feliciano flashing a gun, grabbing the man by his clothing, pulling him toward a vehicle in a parking lot and hitting him with the gun, according to a warrant.
Feliciano then left the parking lot in an older Toyota Corolla with tinted windows," according to a warrant.
