Driver Hits Boat on I-84, Tests 4 Times Over Limit: Report
A driver was arrested after hitting a boat on a highway, state police said.

WILLINGTON, CT — An Oxford woman is due in court next week to answer a drunken driving charge after hitting a boat on Interstate-84 in Willington, an arrest report indicates.
A state police report indicates 38-year-old Heather Anne Zybort, of Oxford, was four times over the legal blood alcohol content, according to a breath test administered following the crash. Her BAC registered as 0.34 and the state's legal limit for unimpaired driving is .08, according to an arrest report.
She was charged with driving under the influence and following too closely, according to an arrest report. She is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior court in Vernon on April 24, according to a report.

The crash took place at 6:01 p.m. on April 10 near Exit 72 in the eastbound lanes of I-84.
She was driving a "small sedan" and the car rear-ended a boat being towed on a trailer, according to an arrest report.
