Flashing Lights In Stafford Cost Motorist Restraining Order Violation
A motorist became a bit carried away while flashing his lights at another vehicle, state police said.

STAFFORD, CT — A light-flashing motorist in Stafford wound up violating a restraining order, state police said.
The incident took place at 6:27 p.m. on March 8, according to an arrest report.
A 59-year-old Stafford man was driving his vehicle on Converse Street and he began flashing his headlights at another car on the road. It turns out, he was not supposed to have any contact with the driver of the other car, according to an arrest report.
