A Washington State woman was being held as a fugitive from justice in Connecticut Monday morning.

UNION, CT — A Washington woman was still being held as a fugitive from justice after she was taken off a bus with her three children by state and federal authorities on Interstate 84 last week.
The incident took place on May 4 on the westbound side of Interstate 84 at Exit 74 in Union, according to an arrest report.
State police at the Troop C barracks were contacted by FBI officials, who were tracking a bus from Boston to New York, authorities said. On board was 42-year-old Dina Burns and her three "juvenile" children, according to an arrest report. Burns was wanted in her home state — Washington — for first-degree custodial interference, according to an arrest report.
