A 64-year-old Hartford man is accused of embezzling public assistance away from another person in Willington, state police said.

WILLINGTON, CT — A 64-year-old Hartford man is accused of embezzling public assistance away from another person in Willington, state police said.
The man is now facing a total of felony charges as a result.
Gilberto Morales-Alicea was arrested via a warrant on April 22 and charged with second-degree larceny and four counts of first-degree forgery, according to an arrest report.
