Hyde Park Incident Just The Latest In 2026 For Stafford Resident

STAFFORD, CT — A woman who has been arrested several times in 2026 already is now facing more charges after a warrant arrest Friday for an incident at a park in Stafford, state police records show.

Addy Moore, 43, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct for a June 26 incident at Hyde Park. She was to appear in Rockville Superior Court Monday for arraignment.

Records show that, in 2026, Moore was arrested on March 15, April 10, May 15, May 22 and July 2 in addition to Friday.

She now has accumulated 10 protective order violations, five assault charges, and a probation violation charge, records show.

On May 29, she was charged with two dog ownership violations as well, records show.

The Hyde Park incident began as a picnic, according to a warrant. An argument ensued and things then turned physical, according to a warrant. More is accused of kicking someone several times in the face, ribs and legs, according to a warrant.
