'Inattentive Driver' Slams Vehicle Into Bridge Abutment In Willington: State Police
Not paying attention cost a driver dearly in Willington, state police said.

WILLINGTON, CT — A driver who wasn't paying attention ran into a bridge abutment in Willington, state police said.
State police recently issued a report on the July 23 incident.
According to a crash report, at 6:30 p.m. that day, a 19-year-old woman from Stafford was driving a 2010 GMC Sierra north on Village Hill Road in, as state police termed it, "an inattentive manner."

The vehicle suddenly veered to the right and banged into the abutment and had to be towed away, according to a crash report.
The driver was not injured, but she was cited for a lane violation, according to a crash report.
