STAFFORD, CT — Brandon Valentino, 28, of Stafford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault via a warrant, according to a report. The charges were the result of a domestic incident, according to a warrant.

March 11

TOLLAND, CT — A Tolland man was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence and second-degree reckless endangerment in connection with a November crash on Shenipsit Lake Road in Tolland, according to a report. Trevor Knapp, 25, surrendered on a warrant, state police said.

March 14

ELLINGTON, CT — Mitchell Bryan, 29, of Vernon, was charged with a headlight violation and driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Route 83 in Ellington, according to a report. He failed a series of field sobriety tests, a report shows.

March 16

WILLINGTON, CT — Randy Wayne Barclay, 23, of Danielson, was charged with violating a protectivce order and second-degree threatening, according to a report. He was arrested after a domestic call to a residence on Luchon Road in Willington, according to a report.
