TOLLAND, CT — A Tolland man was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence and second-degree reckless endangerment in connection with a November crash on Shenipsit Lake Road in Tolland, according to a report. Trevor Knapp, 25, surrendered on a warrant, state police said.
