STAFFORD, CT — Ryan Goodhue, 33, of Stafford, was charged with violating a protective order for an incident on Furnace Avenue, according to an arrest report. He was at an address he was prohibited from visiting, state police said.

SOMERS, CT — Joshua Cramer, 39, of Stafford, was charged with drunken driving and failure to drive right, state police said. A warrant has been issued for his arrest from an April 27 one-car accident on West Main Street during which a utility pole was severed at its base, state police said.

Aug. 9

MANSFIELD, CT — Marc Fectau, 52, of Tolland, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct for a June 21 incident on Courtyard Lane in Mansfield, according to an arrest report. He is accused of "trashing" the home of a former female acquaintance, including breaking dishes and vases, according to a warrant.

Aug. 10

STAFFORD, CT — Iverson Talbot, 20, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault for an April 25 incident at the West Stafford Road McDonald's, state police said. He is accused of hitting a woman, whose right eye was swollen shut and required four stitches on a cut above the lip, according to a warrant.

Aug. 11

WILLINGTON, CT — Debi Flynn, 34, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence for a crash on River Road, according to an arrest report. Her car rolled over and hit an embankment at 9:48 p.m., according to an arrest report.
