MANSFIELD, CT – Curtis Gosnell, 47, of Mansfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, interfering, disorderly conduct, violating a protective order, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening after a disturbance on Mount Hop Road, according to an arrest report. A woman had called state police to report the incident, according to an arrest report.

MANSFIELD, CT — State police from Troop C are investigating a car theft that took place in the early morning hours. The car was unlocked and the keys are in a compartment on the passenger side, state police said. The theft was on Willowbrook Road and anyone with information on the case can call state police at 860-896-3200.
STAFFORD, CT — Two men were arrested after a fight on Chaffee Road in Stafford, state police said. Andrea Vincenti, 65, of Stafford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace, according to a report. Benjamin Dowding, 29, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, according to a report.
TOLLAND, CT — Joseph Levesque, 21, of Brooklyn, CT, was clocked at 90 mph on Interstate-84 at 6:24 p.m., state police said. He was charged with driving while under suspension, reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance, according to a report. He had 3 grams of heroin the the car, state police said.

TOLLAND, CT — David Andrew Wilson, 25, of Tolland, was charged with interfering and disorderly conduct, state police said. According to an arrest report, he was throwing bills and papers around the kitchen of a Melissa Way home.
June 19
WILLINGTON, CT — Helen Mocko, 45, and Lasetta Murphy, 43, both of Willington, were charged with disorderly conduct after a fight on Navratil Road, state police said.
STAFFORD, CT — Jason Parker, 42, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree harassment and violating both restraining and protective orders, according to a report. He is accused of calling a woman with her former phone that used to be on his account, according to a warrant.
