ASHFORD, CT — An Ashford man was arrested last week after he allegedly threw rocks at a newspaper delivery person, state police said. The incident involving 66-year-old Douglas Bailey took place at 5:55 p.m. on May 4 along Old Town Road, state police said.According to an arrest report, a woman told state police she was delivering newspapers and Bailey began throwing rocks at her vehicle. ASHFORD, CT — An Ashford man was arrested last week after he allegedly threw rocks at a newspaper delivery person, state police said.

The incident involving 66-year-old Douglas Bailey took place at 5:55 p.m. on May 4 along Old Town Road, state police said.According to an arrest report, a woman told state police she was delivering newspapers and Bailey began throwing rocks at her vehicle.
