Man Slapped With 5 Risk Counts in Stafford

STAFFORD, CT — Five children were listed as victims in a state police report for a Sunday altercation on Orcuttville Road.

The incident took place at 7:16 p.m. A domestic assault took place in front of children aged 3, 5, 7, 10 and 1q2, according to a report.

Arrested was Ernest Silvermail, 35, of Stafford. He was charged with five counts of risk of injury to a child and single counts of disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, state police said.
