Motorcycle Rider Airlifted To Hospital In Stafford Weekend Crash
A rider was ejected from his bike in a crash in Stafford.

STAFFORD, CT — A motorcycle crash in Stafford on Saturday led to a 23-yer-old rider being airlifted to a hospital, state police and fire officials said.
The crash took place at 6:01 p.m.
According to a state police crash report, the 23-year-old Stafford man was heading north on Furnace Avenue in a 202 Harley-Davidson X1200 sport bike and, just prior to Country Roas, lost control of it.

The Harley collided with a guardrail and the man was ejected from the bike, according to a crash report.
His injuries were described in a crash report as non-life-threatening but he was nevertheless transported on the ground to Johnson Memorial Hospital and then to Baystate Hospital via Life Star helicopter, according to state police and fire officials.
