STAFFORD, CT — A Stafford man is facing three criminal charges — including attempted assault — in connection with a pedestrian crash in town, state police said.

Jason Parker, 46, posted a $10,000 bond in the case and is slated to appear in Rockville Superior Court on May 23, according to an arrest report.

The incident took place at 5:19 p.m. on April 29 on West Stafford Road, according to an arrest report. The victim, listed as a 54-year-old Stafford man, avoided serious injury, according to an arrest report.

Parker was charged with criminal attempt at third-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace.
