Stafford Motor Speedway Ready For Spring Sizzler, Opening Weekend

STAFFORD, CT — There's a full slate of racing on tap for the weekend as Stafford Motor Speedway starts the 2026 season.

The highlight is Sunday's annual NAPA Spring Sizzler feature race.

Stafford Motor Speedway is recognized as one of the most historic short tracks in the United States. Its evolution — from an agricultural fairground with horse racing to a major center for stock car and modified racing — reflects more than a century of change in American motorsports.

The track's long-standing commitment to innovation and weekly racing traditions has helped it remain a central fixture in New England racing culture.

• NAPA SK Light Duel 2 - 20 laps
• Granite State Pro Stock Series - 75 laps
• Late Model - 30 laps
• Limited Late Model - 2o laps
• Street Stock - 20 laps

Sunday, April 26

• NAPA Spring Sizzler - 100 laps
• SK Modifieds - 40 laps
• SK Light Modifieds - 30 laps
