Stafford Obituary: Bernhard Armstrong, 78

Bernhard E. “Brob” Armstrong, 78, passed away on Monday, April 23, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital.

Bernie was born in Stafford Springs, son of the late Bernhard M. and Josephine M. (Braun) Armstrong. He worked in customer service for United Airlines for many years, and served our country in the United States Marines.

Bernie is survived by his sister, Bernice “Sis” Armstrong; brother, Glenn Armstrong and his husband Stephen; sister-in-law, Fran Armstrong; former sister-in-law, Alice Armstrong; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother, Herbie Armstrong.
