Stafford Obituary: ​Constance Landers, 94

Constance A. Landers, 94, of Stafford Springs, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Evergreen Health Care Center.

She was born in South Attleboro, MA, daughter of the late Edgar and Rose Alma (Dion) Dupuis. She worked as an inspector at GTE for many years, and was a member of St. Edward Church.

Constance is survived by her loving husband, Leonard Landers; her daughter, Janet Alden and her husband Richard; two grandchildren, Lori Corbett and her husband James, and Marc Smith and his wife Taryn; three great grandchildren, Bret, Morgan and Ashley; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Leo Benoit; granddaughter, Dawn Waskiewicz; great grandson, Brady Squires; and nine siblings, Edgar, Lucille, Martha, Ruth, Claire, Germaine, Violet, Gloria and Ernest.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Edward Church, 55 High St., Stafford Springs (please meet at the Church). Burial in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket, RI, will be private.
