STAFFORD, CT — A Stafford Springs resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in her home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 13, Lisa Muzio, of Stafford Springs, purchased a CASHWORD 28 ticket from the Eagle Mart in Stafford Springs and won $25,000.
