STAFFORD, CT — A Stafford Springs resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in his home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 4, Billy Holmes, of Stafford Springs, purchased a 20X Cash 5th Edition ticket from the 7-Eleven Store in Stafford Springs and won $30,000.
