State Police Investigating Cases of Stolen Cases In Stafford
Beer was stolen on consecutive days at a store in Stafford.
STAFFORD, CT — Someone apparently tried to celebrate voting and the ensuing results with free beer on Election Day and the day after, according to state police reports.
On two consecutive days — Nov.6 and 7 — two and eight cases of beer, respectively, were taken by a person described in a state police reports as "an unknown white male."
The thefts were almost at the same time — 8:05 p.m. on Nov. 6 and 8:04 p.m. on Nov. 7, according to state police reports.

The cases of the stolen cases are under investigation, state police said.
