ELLINGTON, CT — Amy Edmonds, 39, of Ellington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on an active domestic violence warrant, according to a report. The incident dates back to Sept. 24 on Somers Road in Ellington, according to a report.

TOLLAND, CT — A Tolland man was charged with driving under the influence and improper parking after state police received a call about a driver passed out in a car parked in the middle of the 200 block of Tolland Stage Road, according to a report. Kane Jellison, 36, of Tolland, failed a series of field sobriety tests and was arrested, according to a report.

Oct. 1

SOMERS, CT — Toni Mackey, 41, of Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Main Street in Somers, according to a report. The incident was at 6:25 p.m., according to records.

Oct. 3

STAFFORD, CT — Michael Pierce, 27, of Colchester, was charged with failing to appear in court on a reckless driving charge, according to a report. State police received an anonymous complaint that he was in the lobby of Johnson Memorial Hospital, according to a report.

MANSFIELD, CT — Deborah Dubios, 53, of Chaplin, was charged with sixth-degree larceny ay 7:58 p.m., according to a report. The incident took place at the Big Y supermarket in Mansfield, state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT — Chance Davis, 22, of Mansfield, was charged with a no passing zone violation, operating a motorcycle without an endorsement, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and an insurance violation, according to a report. The case dates back to June on Middle Turnpike in Mansfield, according to a report.

STAFFORD, CT — Melinda Reese, 31, of Stafford, was charged with violating a protective order at 3:12 a.m., according to a report. A warrant had been issued for her arrest related to a Sept. 28 incident on West Main Street, according to a report.

ELLINGTON, CT — Nathan Morrison, 28, of Windsor Locks, was charged with criminal mischief and breach of peace, both in the second degree, at 11:11 a.m., According to a report. A warrant had been issued for his arrest after a Sept. 4 incident involving a Somers resident, according to a report.

Oct. 6

WILLINGTON, CT — Erik Urban, 34, of Somers, was charged with violating a protective order, state police said. State police received a complaint from a Village Hill Road residence at 8:19 p.m. and subsequently took Urban into custody, according to a report.
