Tenant Accused Of Stealing Landlord's Wedding Rings

ASHFORD, CT — State police have charged a Massachusetts man with theft in a two-year-old case of missing wedding rings.

Michael Litke, 30, of Sheffield MA, was charged with fourth-degree larceny for a 2017 incident at an Ashford home, according to a report.

He is accused of stealing wedding rings from a woman who rented him a room at a Pumpkin Hill Road residence, according to a report.

He is accused of pawning the rings, vaued at $2,000, for $75, a report states.
