A big CT Lottery win was recorded in Stafford.
STAFFORD, CT — A Massachusetts woman visited a grocery store in Stafford and her purchases included a CT Lottery ticket.
And that purchase turned into a $25,000 win.
Lottery officials said that, on Wednesday, Wales, MA, resident Cathy McShera cashed in the winning ticket for the Electric 7s game.
