WILLINGTON, CT — Lamar Lloyd McIntosh, 24, of The Bronx, NY, was charged with reckless driving at 2:10 p.m. on the Westbound side of Interstate-84, according to a report. He was clocked at 112 mph near Exit 71 by a trooper on speed enforcement detail, according to a report.

STAFFORD, CT — Paul Fitzgerald, 48, of Vernon, was charged with tampering with an ignition device at 7:15 p.m., state police said. According to a report, he allegedly had a passenger blow into the device to get his car started back in August.

Sept. 10

SOMERS, CT — Peter Pizimenti, 40, of Somers, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 7:45 a.m., according to a report. State police were dispatched to the area of Root and Stafford roads after receiving a report about a man passed out in a vehicle, according to a report. Troopers located 3 grams of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, according to a report.

WILLINGTON, CT — Austin Brown, 22, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right after a traffic stop at 5:44 p.m. on Storrs Road, according to a report. He was determined to be drunk after a rear-end collision, according to a report.

Sept. 15

SOMERS, CT — Timothy Boie, 31, of Hampton, NH, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive right, a turn violation and an insurance violation after a 5:45 p.m. multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Main Street and South Road, according to a report. He failed a field sobriety test during the investigation and was arrested, according to a report.

MANSFIELD, CT — Patrick O'Brien, 21, of Norwood, MA, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after 2:52 p.m. disturbance on Carriage House Drive, according to a report. He was arrested after a police investigation, according to a report.
