TOILLAND, CT — Christopher Northrop, 49, of Tolland, was charged with risk of injury to a child, two counts of first-degree sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault and two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault, according to a warrant. The charges were the result of an investigation into an illicit relationship with an underage girl, according to a warrant.

ELLINGTON, CT — Joseph Bovino, 20, of Manchester was charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle to harass or intimidate, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace, according to a warrant. He is accused of trying to run another driver off the road on Route 30 in Ellington, according to a warrant.
WILLINGTON, CT — Kristen Shattuck, 27, of Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after an incident at the TA Truck Stop on Ruby Road in Willington, according to a warrant. She is accused of taking extra nachos and other food for which she did not pay, according to a warrant.
