STAFFORD, CT — Leslie Dorman, 68, of Stafford, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and violating a protective order for an incident on Quinn Street, according to an arrest report. She allegedly damaged a vehicle parked in a driveway, according to an arrest report.

STAFFORD, CT — Christopher Litvinchyk, 46, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence and making improper turns after driving off Gilbert Road at 11:13 p.m., according to an arrest report. He was determined to be drunk, state police said.
July 6
TOLLAND, CT — Evan O'Connor, 30, of Southington, was charged with reckless driving and driving under the influence at 8:59 p.m.. state police said. According to a report, he was driving 110 mph and swerving in and out of the lanes on Interstate-84.

STAFFORD, CT — Philip Desrosiers-Paquette, 29, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening for an 12:32 p.m. incident on Furnace Avenue, according to an arrest report. He was involved in a domestic dispute, state police said.
ELLINGTON, CT — Jeffrey Lavigne, 45, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, according to an arrest report. He was arrested on a warrant for a March 12 incident on Egypt Road in Ellington, state police said.
SOMERS, CT — Scott Crickmore, 26, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment on a warrant, state police said. He was charged for a May 28 incident on Springfield Road in which his car spun on a curve and hit a pole, according to an arrest report.
July 10
VERNON, CT — Mosier David Belton, 25, of Manchester, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, evading responsibility, driving under the influence, a lane violation and driving without a license at 2:03 a.m. on Interstate-84 westbound, according to an arrest report. He was driving at a "high rate of speed," lost control of his car and slammed into a guardrail, according to an arrest report.
VERNON, CT — Jorge Feliciano, 46, of Webster, MA, was charged with speeding and carrying s pistol without a permit after a traffic stop on Interstate-84 in Vernon, according to an arrest report. He had two handguns without valid Connecticut permits in the vehicle, according to an arrest report.
July 11
STAFFORD, CT — Sarah Caine, 37, of Willington, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace for an incident at a Verizon store on West Main Street. She was upset about a phone issue and caused a disturbance, during which she yelled at the staff in a derogatory fashion, according to an arrest report.
July 12
STAFFORD, CT — Michael MacFeat, 19, and Cody Ziemba, 24, of Stafford, were charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct for an incident on Upper Road in Stafford, state police said. They were involved in an argument during which a facsimile firearm was displayed but not used, according to an arrest report.
