MANSFIELD, CT — Cara DeLuca, 21, of Barrington, RI, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace for an incident at Grill 86 in Wilbur Cross Way, according to an arrest report. She is accused of assaulting a patron at the restaurant, according to an arrest report.

TOLLAND, CT — Mary Cortese, 30, of Tolland, was charged with second-degree harassment, according to an arrest report. The victim in the case is listed as a 53-year-old woman from Maryland.

VERNON, CT — Jerrell Sims, 32, of Willimantic, was charged with evading responsibility, driving under the influence, driving without a license, following two close and possessing less than a half-ounce of marijuana, according to an arrest report. The charge stems from him leaving the scene of a crash on Interstate-84 eastbound, state police said.

March 30

TOLLAND, CT — Mosier Belton, 24, of Manchester, was charged with violating a protective order, state police said. He was at a Kozley Road residence he was not supposed to be visiting, according to an arrest report.

SOMERS, CT — Benjamin Desilets, 21, was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing marijuana, according to an arrest report. He was stopped for speeding on Route 30, state police said.
