UTV Whizzes Past Trooper On Stafford Road, Driver Charged
A man who went whizzing by state tooper in a utility task vehicle late Friday night wound up being arrested, according to a report.

STAFFORD, CT — A man who went whizzing by state tooper in a utility task vehicle late Friday night wound up with a drunken driving charge, according to a report.
The incident took place At 10:51 p.m. A trooper was parked along state Route 140, just east of Cooper lane, when he saw a UTV go past him heading west and then turn northbound onto Cooper Lane, according to a report.
The trooper caught up to the UTV, and the driver, 48-year-old Mark Chasse, of Stafford, was arrested for driving under the influence after failing a sobriety test, according to a report.
