Willimantic Man Skipped Court In Truck Stop Indecency Case: Warrant
A Willimantic is man accused of skipping a court date related to an indecency incident at a truck stop in Willington.

WILLINGTON, CT— A 77-year-old Willimantic man facing a public indecency charge for antics at the TA truck stop in Willington has been arrested for skipping out on a court date, state police said.
The man has a new court date of Aug. 29 after being served an FTA warrant on July 17, state police said.
The incident took place in broad daylight in late May at the Travel Centers of America truck stop at 327 Ruby Road in Willington.

State police had been receiving calls that a man who had been exposing himself was standing near the front door of the establishment, according to an arrest report. After arriving at the scene, state police determined that the man had not only exposed himself, but performed a sex act on himself near a set of picnic tables, according to an arrest report.
The man was charged with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace, according to an arrest report.
