"Each year, the Tree Lighting has been a great event for us to bring the community together and celebrate the beginning of the holiday season," said Ted Ferrarone in a news release. Ferrarone is the co-president of BLT, the developer of Harbor Point.
"It’s also an opportunity to collectively come together and celebrate the progress we have seen throughout our community over the years. The transformation in Harbor Point has been remarkable. During our first tree lighting, we had only just begun construction of the first buildings at Harbor Point, and it’s amazing to see so many people now enjoying all this area has to offer– we’ve come so far," Ferrarone added.
