Altus Power Opens New Office In Harbor Point
Altus Power will occupy 33,000 square feet in its new location at 2200 Atlantic St. in Stamford.
STAMFORD, CT — Building and Land Technology, a vertically integrated real estate firm, announced last week that Altus Power is opening a new office at 2200 Atlantic St. in Stamford. Altus Power is a market-leading, clean electrification company headquartered in Greenwich.

"Altus is a national leader in the clean energy industry, and their relocation to Stamford builds on the momentum of world-class companies choosing to invest in our community. We applaud their ESG commitment and are thrilled that they have chosen to take advantage of the myriad of benefits this area and our buildings have to offer."
Altus Power will occupy 33,000 square feet in its new location, with waterfront views and easy access to Harbor Point Square, the Harbor Point waterfront, and the Stamford Transportation Center.

Additional amenities include restaurants, shuttle to the nearby train station, indoor parking, Commons Park and access to Harbor Point’s events and fitness offerings.
