The businesses join Fresh & Co., a Manhattan-based healthy, fast-casual eatery which opened earlier this year in a 3,000 square-foot space also under the RXR portfolio.

"These tenancies further the proof of the successful evolution of downtown Stamford," said Whitney Arcaro, Chief Revenue Officer, Residential at RXR, in a news release. "Our full retail mix at Atlantic Station reflects the quality of day-to-day services — both for families and young professionals — as well as the working environments and desirable entertainment that make the community a vibrant day-into-night experience."

Atlantic Station features a total of 650 residences and 82,000 square feet of retail space across two towers.

Atlantic Station and Atlantic Station West, which opened in 2018 and 2021 respectively, each offer 325 studio, one, and two-bedroom floor plans with monthly rents ranging from $2,400 to $5,700.

Amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor terraces, game and billiards room, fitness center and more.

The community is conveniently located one block from the Stamford Transportation Center, serviced by Amtrak, Metro North, and CT Transit, offering express service to Midtown Manhattan.
