STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford man was arrested in Fairfield this month on charges of public indecency, Patch has learned.
Koa Vierra, 22, was arrested on June 13 on charges of public indecency and second-degree breach of peace, according to Fairfield Police Sgt. Jenna Wellington.
The case stems from an alleged incident at Edge Fitness on Kings Highway Cutoff.
"Fairfield Police determined that Vierra exposed himself while seated in a vehicle in the parking lot and was observed looking through the facility's windows at a woman exercising inside," Wellington told Patch.
Vierra was released after posting a bond of $7,500, and he is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on July 28.
Last August, Vierra was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of child sexual abuse material and promoting a minor in an obscene performance following a several-month investigation, according to Stamford police.
Vierra is due in court on Aug. 6 in connection with those charges, the CT Judicial Branch website shows. Vierra has pleaded not guilty.
