STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford resident recently won a big cash prize, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The anonymous resident won $10,000 from the $100,000 CA$HWORD 2ND EDITION scratch-off game. The winning ticket was purchased for $10 from West Main Convenience located at 417 W. Main St.
The Connecticut Lottery website notes there are 73 $10,000 winning tickets out of 5.2 million tickets total. The grand prize for the game is $100,000.
