David Y. Choi, a veteran Trusts and Estates attorney, has become a partner at Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP.  Admitted to the bar in both New York and Connecticut, Mr. Choi, a member of the Trusts and Estates department, provides sophisticated legal advice to personal clients and family-owned businesses.  Mr. Choi is versed in both estate administration and estate planning, including asset management strategies, business succession planning and inter-generational wealth transfer.

Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Choi worked at the international law firm of Withers Worldwide LLP in its New Haven, CT office and at Day Pitney LLP in its Stamford, CT office. Mr. Choi brings to the partnership stellar academic credentials, earning his B.A. from Harvard University and his J.D. at Cornell University Law School.  A member of the Connecticut, New York and Westchester County Bar Associations, Mr. Choi resides in Stamford, CT with his wife and three children.
