Annual Storefront Decorating Contest Launched By Stamford Downtown
Residents are being asked to vote for their favorite display. This year's event will feature 25 Stamford Downtown businesses.
STAMFORD, CT — Stamford Downtown will once again host its storefront facade decorating contest, "Deck the Downtown."
Now in its 13th year, the contest ensures the downtown area looks dazzling for the holiday season. This year's event will feature 25 Stamford Downtown businesses.
The public is being asked to select winners by casting a vote online now through Dec. 22 at 5 p.m.

All voters will be automatically entered to win a $100 Stamford Downtown Card (the digital gift card redeemable at 50-plus downtown businesses).
Once all votes have been tabulated, the "Best of Show" winner with a grand prize of $750 and the "Honorable Mention" winner with a second-place prize of $500 will be announced.

The prize money awarded by Stamford Downtown will be dedicated to permanent spring storefront façade improvements at the winning businesses.
