Another Round of Layoffs at Stamford-based Marriott

The layoffs come after about 165 people were laid off last month.

STAMFORD, CT — Marriott International plans another round of layoffs that will affect 50 employees in March.

About 165 jobs were cut last month, according to the Stamford Advocate.

The job cuts come after Marriott International was acquired by Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide in a deal that cost about $13 billion.
