Arrests: Criminal Use of a Weapon, Second-Degree Robbery [Update]

Escobar Elmer, 44, of 11 Carolina Road, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Ruben Garcia-Palencia, 33, of 57 Lincoln Ave., Stamford, was arrested Monday for sexual contact without consent, second-degree unlawful restraint and risk of injury to a child.

William Kenneth, 51, of 139 Turn of River Road, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for third-degree assault.

Shakira King, 23, of 15 D Merritt Place, Norwalk, was arrested Sunday for disorderly conduct.

Edgar Lima, 26, of 40 Clarks Hill Ave., Stamford, was arrested Sunday for second-degree breach of peace, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without a license and following too closely in a non-commercial vehicle.

Emanuel Patrick, 60, of 293 Fairfield Ave., Stamford, was arrested Sunday for second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a officer.

Afanasyev Serhiy, 43, of 203 Greenwich Ave., Stamford, was arrested Sunday for criminal use of a weapon, illegal alteration of the identification of a pistol and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Gordon Tessa, 18, of 32 Weed Hill Ave., Stamford, was arrested Sunday for second-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery.
