BLT To Review Other Properties After Patio Collapse In Stamford
On Tuesday at the Allure luxury apartment complex, a portion of an outdoor patio broke off and fell onto a parking garage. No one was hurt.

STAMFORD, CT — Following the collapse of an outdoor patio at the Allure, a luxury apartment complex in the Harbor Point section of Stamford, property owner and real estate firm Building and Land Technology said it would inspect other properties.
"The safety, health and wellbeing of our residents is always our top priority. We are reviewing all our other properties as well, but we have no reason to think this is anything other than an isolated incident," BLT said in a statement to Patch.
The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon at 850 Pacific St. when a portion of an outdoor patio partially broke off into the top floor of a parking garage. BLT said no one was injured, and no resident property was damaged.
