Buyer Snaps Up Former Stamford UBS Property: Report

STAMFORD, CT — The former UBS property at 677 Washington Boulevard in Stamford has been sold for $33 million, reports the Stamford Advocate. California-based Stamford Washington Investors LLC is the listed buyer.

The buyer is a division of AVG Partners, which purchased the site's mortgage last year for about $54 million, according to the publication.

UBS moved across the street to 600 Washington Blvd. in 2016, and 677, which measures 700,000 square feet has been empty since then. City officials are hoping a tenant occupies the site soon.
