Restorative Yoga led by Rita Treiger and enhanced with Reiki Healing by Rita and Fern Guerra. Take this respite from the winter with an expert guide in restorative yoga practices, slow, insightful and deep healing. During the poses Rita and Fern lovingly share reiki healing, hands on or hands above each person in the room.
Rita and Fern began collaborating on this very special experience in 2012.
