Coffee samples and tastings will be the order of the day when Leyla Dam of Stamford’s Lorca presents “Coffee: The Science and Art of the Perfect Brew” on Thursday, July 24 at 4 p.m. at The Ferguson Library Main Library.
Leyla Dam, owner of Lorca coffee house and bakery (2013 winner for Best Coffee (Café) by OMNOMCT), will describe the process from bean to cup.
