Dave Collazo fired a no-hitter (nine Ks) and belted three hits (solo HR) for Instant Replay in a 3-0 win against Carpentry Unlimited on May 9. Jay Lockwood homered (two RBI) and doubled while Matt Jester scored a run for IR (10-0)
Patrick Teasdale struck out seven, allowing just two hits, in 3.2 innings and Jack Hoch struck out three in an inning’s work for Carpentry (5-5).

Viking Construction 10, Sound View Engineers 6 – May 9
Dylan McGarry (two-run HR) and Sammy Hillenmeyer combined for four hits and six RBI as Viking Construction downed Sound View Engineers 10-6 on May 9. Benji Fuchs pitched a solid 5 innings for Viking (5-5).
Hunter Sparks and John Van Dusen had a good day at the plate for Sound View (4-6), which rallied for three runs in sixth.
Clairol 4, RMS Construction 2 – May 9
Calvin McKeever fanned 10, yielding only four hits, in 5.2 innings and legged out an inside-the-park homer as Clairol beat RMS Construction 4-2 on May 9. Connor Robb lined a two-run homer for Clairol (6-4). Miles Aquila had two hits; Liam Berge played excellent outfield defense.
Starting pitcher Todd Guttman whiffed eight in four frames, and contributed two hits (double) at the plate for RMS (6-4). Cayden Barbilla drove in a run, and Kyle Morrell caught a solid game behind the dish.
Carpentry Unlimited 8, Italian Center 0 – May 10
Jack Hoch pitched five innings of one-hit ball for Carpentry Unlimited as it beat Italian Center on May 10. Alex Lanzillotti, 10, had a homer and four RBI among his three hits for Carpentry (6-5). Outfielder Daniel Vetti helped cut a runner down at home. Patrick Teasdale (two-run double) and Wyatt Lisack also had good days fielding and hitting.
Jordan Nunez struck out seven in 3.1 innings pitching for IC (2-9). Hayden Moore threw well in relief while Connor McGee had a single.
Sound View Engineers 7, County TV 5 – May 10
Ryan Zmarzlak’s piled up three singles while Ryan Ebright, Hunter Sparks and John Van Dusen had two hits each as Sound View Engineers edged County TV 7-5 on May 10. Van Dusen also pitched well in 5.1 innings for Sound View (5-6).
Brody Masterson had two doubles for County (5-6) while Justin Orecchio, Jason Carroll and Christian Rubino-Chuckas had a hit a piece. Carrol pitched five solid innings.
Clairol 5, Viking Construction 3 – May 10
Anthony Lowe’s two-run single put Clairol ahead in a 5-3 comeback over Viking Construction on May 10. Calvin McKeever drove in two (HR, double) for Clairol (7-4); Matt Tierney singled in the other run. Pitchers Dan Salm, Mike Iorfino and Connor Robb (four Ks) combined for the win. Jackson Zak worked a key rally-starting walk.
Starting pitcher Will Garofalo fanned 11, allowing only two hits, in five innings for Viking (5-6). Sammy Hillenmeyer had two hits and Andrew Hodel drove in a run.
Instant Replay 10, Boot Camp 4 – May 10
Jay Lockwood pounded two homers, driving in seven runs on three hits as Instant Replay beat Boot Camp 10-4 on May 10. Dave Collazo also had three hits, including two home runs, for IR (11-0). Lockwood, Matt Jester and Connor Sullivan fanned 14 batters on the hill. Tyler Tuccinardi scored three runs and Brandon Velez made an outstanding diving catch.
Ethan Davis homered among his two hits for Boot Camp (5-6). Ben Nash added three hits (two RBIs) and Ethan Skaug and Chris Seitaridis added singles.
Clairol 13, Boot Camp 2 – May 12
Anthony Lowe drove in three runs on four hits while Mike Iorfino fanned seven in four innings of three-hit relief as Clairol downed Boot Camp 13-2 on May 12. Josh Harper and Calvin McKeever (two RBI) each had two hits for Clairol (8-4). Jackson Zak and Miles Aquila flashed the leather in the field.
Ethan Skaug (RBI) and Luke Noonan each doubled for Boot Camp (5-7), and Greg Pannone had a single.

Haggerty Pools 11, Extreme Auto Body 10 – May 6
Colin Sasser smashed four hits (double, triple) and Evan LaForte collected three others as Haggerty Pools (2-4) held on to beat Extreme Auto Body 11-10 on May 6.
Kevin Unger clubbed a two-run homer among his four hits for Extreme (1-4-1), and Aryan Kapoor chipped in two timely hits.
John Stanise CPA 12, Vinny’s Backyard 11 – May 9
Brady Moore’s three-run walk off triple led John Stanise CPA to a 12-11 victory against Vinny’s Backyard on May 9. Caleb Weiss scored five runs and Robert Espinal three for Stanise (4-3).
William Markline hit a three-run homer among his three hits for Vinny’s (6-1). Vrishak Duriseti had three hits (two RBI) while Matt Lasko (triple) and Vishnu Duriseti (two RBI) had two hits each.
First County Bank 18, Ahneman Kirby 9 – May 9
Steven Chase slugged two triples to drive in seven runs as First County Bank beat Ahneman Kirby 18-9 on May 9. Nicholas Cannon collected four hits for First County (4-1-2) while Henry Oliver (doubled, triple, four RBI), Tim Wong (two hits), Will Carragher (two RBI) and C.J. DeMarco (three runs) all made big contributions to the offense. Carragher, in his pitching debut, fanned five in two innings of no-hit work.
Anton Srdanovic, Sean Jones and Billy Parker each knocked in two runs for Ahneman Kirby (2-5). Harrison Mirkin added a hit and RBI.
Haggerty Pools 10, Buffalo Wild Wings 4 – May 9
Joseph Colon notching six strikeouts on the hill and Joshua Palma swiped four bases for Haggerty Pools (3-4) in a 10-4 win over Buffalo Wild Wings on May 9.
Bruce Rutherford racked up seven strikeouts and belted a long triple for Buffalo Wild Wings (2-3-1). Jack Driscoll doubled and drove in Ted Dunne.
Extreme Auto Body 11, Instant Replay AAA 10 – May 9
Jacob Leibowitz’s walk-off single gave Extreme Auto Body an 11-10 win over Instant Replay AAA on May 9. Andrew Thompson, Zachary Price and Aryan Kapoor combined to collect four hits and seven RBI for Extreme (2-4-1).
Tyler Bruno racked up two RBI for IR (3-4) while Cody Baker, James Raidt and Robert Newcomb added to Instant Replay’s offense.
